Cheesy Slow Cooker Potatoes

Here is a great cheesy potato recipe for the slow-cooker from one of my slow-cooker recipe books. It seriously is super simple, it only has four ingredients and the hardest part of the whole recipe is just chopping an onion! Full disclosure, I searched high and low and could not find shredded hash brown potatoes ANYWHERE. So instead I used diced hash brown potatoes, and it still turned out delicious. So if your in a bind and can’t find shredded, just go with diced and you will be fine. If you try the recipe out for yourself, I would love to hear how it turned out for you!
